How it works
Upon checkout, our Customer Experience team will contact you via email/phone for your recipient’s details within 1-2 working days. Thereafter, an email comprising of the e-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient within 1-2 working days. The issuance date will be based on the date that the eGift Card is sent out
